1. No Refund After Service Activation

Once your ITVFLEX account has been activated and is functioning properly, no refunds will be issued. This applies in all cases where the service has been accessed, used, or delivered after activation.


2. Issue Resolution & Account Replacement

If you experience any technical issues with your service, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly or, if necessary, replace your account at no additional cost.


3. Full Refund Eligibility (Non-Activated or Non-Working Accounts)

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your account was never activated, or

  • The service did not work at all due to technical issues attributable to ITVFLEX.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, along with reasonable proof that the service was non-functional.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible non-working or non-activated account, please email us with the following details:

  • The email address used for purchase

  • A brief description of the issue encountered

5. No Refunds for Misuse or Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of service misuse or violations of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized account sharing or resale

  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass restrictions

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or our Terms & Conditions
